I’m 45, and I’ve spent 25 years in marketing and advertising — the last 12 running my own company with staff. I know what it’s like to carry a business on your shoulders: the late nights, the decisions that keep you up, the moments you wonder if you can keep going.
That experience is exactly why I work the way I do — patient, unhurried, one-on-one.
